These skills are developed far beyond what is necessary or expected for an HR/People Ops pro, even one whose former employers include hard tech/AI startups and/or publications that rely on said pro’s tech knowledge and editorial expertise.
Instead, these skills reflect my genuine affinity for cool/techie nerd stuff and the cool/techie nerds who build it.
